    • Katy will get with Doris about food prep
    • Dinner will be 6-8, Katy will decide times for setup

    • Serving - We need to push harder to get volunteers to both serve food & pick-up/drop-off

  • Lamp Post Banners
    • We missed another opportunity as this is the week we are scheduled to have a banner in the UC
      -It might not be too late, Aaron, find the requirements for the banner & get with Julie about cranking something out
    • Aaron - work on a design for lamp posts so our next 2 opportunities won't slip by
  • Friday Night Fellowship
    • Brock will call ice rinks for March date
    • This Friday will be movie & discussion night, Brock will call Larry about book titles & communicate with Jeremy who will find the book(s).
      -someone needs to volunteer to lead the discussion
    • Next Friday Sweetheart Banquet
    • Friday after that, game night at Tri-C after hard day of working on garage sale
